about me

Throughout my career, I've had the privilege of supporting people during some of the most challenging periods of their lives. I've worked with in private, child protection, forensic and community mental health to support adolescents, adults, carers and multidisciplinary teams.

These diverse experiences have deepened my appreciation for the strength people show in the face of challenges and reinforced the importance of creating an environment where people feel safe enough to be open, honest and themselves.I enjoy helping people make sense of what they're experiencing. Sometimes the most meaningful moments in therapy come when things that once felt confusing begin to make sense, opening the door to new perspectives and lasting change.

My approach is tailored to the individual and draws on evidence-based therapies including ACT, DBT, Schema Therapy, Motivational Interviewing. I have training in gold-standard therapies for trauma including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused CBT (TF-CBT).
