How will things work

1
Use our report finder tool
Connect Corner Clinic provides tailored assesments. By using our report finder tool, we'll be able to understand the services you need and can provide you a relevant quote.
2
Book online or via phone
If you're ready, you can book directly online using our Client Portal, or you can call and one of our friendly staff members can contact you to support the booking process.  A non-refundable deposit will be taken to confirm your booking.
3
Provide 'terms of reference'
Our administrative team will request that you provide a "A Terms of Reference (ToR)". This is a document that outlines the purpose and scope of your assessment. It explains why the assessment has been requested, the specific questions the psychologist has been asked to answer, who requested the assessment, and who will receive the final report. This ensures everyone involved has a clear understanding of the assessment's objectives and allows the psychologist to focus on addressing the specific issues relevant to your circumstances.
4
Clinical Interviews & Testing
Clinical interviews are conducted by the psychologist to review your circumstances as part of your evaluation. They also use evidence-based testing to ensure a fair and balanced evaluation for your report.
5
Timely report provision
Our clinicians will provide a report within 4 - 6 weeks of your initial interview. Where expedited services are required, we can provide a report within 1 - 2 weeks; the expedited service attracts additional fees.
